Avonmore Developments is a well-established investment company that is active in one of the hardest areas of the market to secure external funding, namely seed and early stage equity capital financing. To date, Avonmore has made over 15 investments and has achieved several notable exits.

In an initial funding round Avonmore generally invests between £100,000 and £250,000 of its own funds. This might be either as sole investor, or as part of a larger investment syndicate where Avonmore will often act as the lead investor. Avonmore will also generally follow its money in any future funding rounds of an investment.

Avonmore's investments cover a number of different areas (For more information on our investment strategy, please take a look at the ADL FAQ's section) and consideration is given to all investment opportunities we receive. However, it should be noted that we currently only invest in UK based businesses and generally those with sub- £5million pre-money valuations. Experienced management teams, with defendable technology and a proven market demand are also key investment criteria.
